Change the background image for Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
In Microsoft Deployment the background is a standard BMP image file. You can find this file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Sample – filname is Background.bmp. Edit this file and change it to what you want and then overwrite the file in its original location. Keep a backup of the original in case you need to revert.
Once you have your new background in place you will need to rebuild the boot images. The option “Completely regenerate the boot images” is required.
Last step is to replace the boot image in WDS.
