How to delete a property in Google Analytics?

You can easily delete a property in Google Analytics which then in turn places it in the “rubbish bin” for 35 days.

Once logged into your account select Admin / Select the property you want to delete / Property Settings / Move to Rubbish Bin

Once the property is moved it will still be visible but with a strikethrough line. The property will remain for 35 days until being fully deleted. During the 35 days it can be restored by selecting the admin of your account and then Rubbish Bin – select the property and choose restore.
